In 2018, in the city of Dnipro, Ukraine, photographer Andrii Kazanovsky portrayed actors in "roles" and unconventional settings. For instance, ballerinas were captured near a harp in the orchestra pit and on construction scaffolding, opera singers mid-jump, and musicians in the audience. The photos also featured those who usually stay in the shadows, behind the scenes-artists, decorators, tailors, and costume designers. The billboards showcased the repertoires of six regional theaters and musical institutions: the Opera and Ballet Theater, Shevchenko Theater, Drama and Comedy Theater, Youth Theater, Philharmonic, and the Organ Hall. The result was 80 exclusive photographs that adorned various areas of the city of Dnipro.
